By downloading, accessing, or using Koomi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Koomi helps teams plan visits to exhibitions, museums, and art spaces—set meetups (time, location, group size), assign roles, and share precise details.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Koomi.

4. Accounts and Registration

• Provide accurate information (name, username, email)
• Safeguard your credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized use

5. Privacy

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information.

6. Location Services

With your permission, we may access precise or approximate location to support meetup and navigation features. You can disable permissions in device settings; some features may not work without them.

7. Photos and Faces

• No face recognition or biometric processing
• One-time processing and deletion after use
• Local storage by default; not used for training or marketing

8. User Content

You retain your rights. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and modify your content solely to operate and provide the service.

9. Acceptable Use

• Do not violate laws or third-party rights
• Do not harass or endanger others during meetups
• Do not interfere with security or attempt unauthorized access
• Do not upload malware or unlawful content

10. Safety

Exercise judgment at in-person meetups. Koomi Team is not responsible for the actions of users.

11. Intellectual Property

The app and content are owned by Koomi Team or licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app per these Terms and App Store rules.

12. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

13. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

14. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate for violations or risks.

15. Disclaimers

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Koomi Team is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of USD $100 or amounts you paid in the past 12 months.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Koomi Team from claims arising from your use.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Koomi Team has its principal place of business.

Binding Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved by confidential, binding arbitration before a single arbitrator. Class actions are not permitted. Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief in court. You may opt out by emailing nanq78805@126.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

19. International Use and Export

Do not use the service in violation of export control or sanctions laws.

20. Apple App Store Terms (iOS)

• These Terms are between you and Koomi Team, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide support
• Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); otherwise has no warranty obligations
• Apple is not responsible for legal or regulatory claims related to the app
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms regarding the iOS app

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the effective date.
